Very satisfied with the install. Techs very courteous. We are totally loving the ductless heat pump and HRV systems. Our home has never felt this cozy in the winter and hydro heating bills have been reduced approximately 50%. Am eager to see the benefits of the cooling in the summer. Would highly recommend for both the service and products.

Just a short note to thank the Air-Tech Mechanical guys who installed my HVAC system...They did an excellent job and everything is working great... When it came time to clean up they didn't miss a spot....in fact my wife wants to hire them next year for spring cleaning lol.. The new wifi thermostat works great ... I got three emails the other day telling me there was a furnace problem corresponding to when the power went off.

This company has serviced our in floor heating system, installed our ductless air conditioning, air exchanger and our fireplace as well as they installed the gas to our house when we built it. Rob and Erin were fantastic to deal with. They have a knowledgeable, skilled and professional team from the office staff through to the technicians.
They did an entire installation for us from in floor heat system, HVAC and a beautiful gas fireplace at our new home and we are thrilled with everything.
It all came together on time and they also came promptly to resolve any issues we had.... even if it was from us pushing buttons and messing up settings.

Air Tech Mechanical were very cooperative and responded immediately to our call. They arrived on time and on the day arranged.They went to to work immediately on removal of the old furnace and the installation of the new one. The installers were very knowledgable in their job and were very informative in answering all our questions, even making a few suggestions as to the placing of cold air returns. The office staff were courteous and most helpful completing all the required paper work for applicable rebates. We were very satisfied with Air Tech's work and would recommend them to anyone considering a new furnace..

Very courtious, professional and accomadating from start to finish. Everything explained and questions answered. Quality time spent to ensure i fully understood and different options given when deciding for replacement. Being as heat pump was replaced in spring heat has not been used much yet, however ac has been on a few times and the entire system is quieter, cools quicker and is more efficient. Thank you!!

This has been one of the better experiences that we have had with a contractor. The work was done on a timely basis when promised, the workmanship was very good, and everything was cleaned when the guys left. It was also very professional to ask for a deposit, and have the bill ready when the job was completed, not to mention applying for the rebate which we didn't know anything about, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Our fireplace installation was challenging to say the least, but without fail, technicians, Chuck and Kyle persevered and were successful. We have had Air -Tech look after us with a furnace installation as well, including installing all new ductwork, and would highly recommend them. They are professional and clean and very polite!

On September 6th, 2012, you sent a crew of three young men to install a new heat recovery system in our home in Tobermory. We must tell you that it was a genuine pleasure to see such diligent workers.........they never took any breaks and only ten minutes for lunch in order to complete the installation in one day. They have very good work ethics and are to be commended for their friendly and professional demeanour. They left our home in a very clean state........we certainly would not hesitate to recommend their excellent service to anyone. Once again please extend our gratitude to these three special individuals.

I will definitely recommend Rob and his staff. They worked around my schedule to fit in a free quote and to answer all my e-mails filled with silly questions. The crew that installed our new furnace and a/c were on time, worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves.
