Is it time to consider an upgrade to your HVAC equipment?

With as much as 60% of your annual energy bill going towards heating and cooling your home, it makes sense to invest in energy-efficient central heating and cooling systems. 

Through government regulations and new technology, manufacturers are constantly producing more efficient products. 

If your system is older and is either causing you concern through high utility bills or constant and sometimes major repairs, it's time to consider and upgrade.

New, more efficient equipment will lower the daily operating cost and will easily pay for itself over time.
Watch for manufacturer and contractor promotions as well as government and utility rebates.  Normally these rebates will be on the high end, most efficient equipment.
 
When considering an equipment upgrade, make sure to review your options.   When comparing quotes, don't only look at the price, but at the type of equipment  which is right for you, the manufacturers warranty as well as the contractors credentials.
