Rob Weppler

Our main man!  Owner, operator, salesman, estimator and project manager. 
Rob is a licenced sheet metal worker, gas technician and residential
refrigeration mechanic.  He has been in the HVAC business since graduating with a diploma in business accounting in 1989.  He has certified training in a vast array of applications including condensing and combination boilers, York equipment  trouble shooting, installation design and maintenance,  installing and troubleshooting mini split systems, and residential heat loss, heat gain calculations.
Rob can be contacted for estimating and management of all residential and commercial projects.

Erin Weppler


Owner, office manager, account manager, advertising and marketing.  After graduating with a diploma in office administration, Erin worked in various businesses.  She has been involved in the HVAC business with her husband Rob for the past 20 years.

Ruth Stephen



Ruth is our office assistant and most likely the person answering the phone!  She looks
after everything from service calls and maintenance to equipment and parts
ordering, warranty registration and claims, health and safety and more.  Ruth
has been with the company for a number of years and we're glad to have her!
