Winter in Grey Bruce is not the time to discover that you should have replaced your furnace, or had have a problem with your existing heating system .
Whether you heat with gas, oil, or propane, it is equally important to get an annual service. Air-Tech Mechanical is a reliable company that services all of Grey Bruce. They can check to see that your furnace or fireplace is working efficiently, and will provide a proper cleaning by a professional technician.
If your home is for sale, having a recent copy of the work you have had done can help ease a buyer and shows them that the home has been well maintained.
Be proactive, and stay warm this winter.
